At EGYM, I lead the product strategy and development for Fitness Hub, an ML-enabled onboarding and assessment device combining software and hardware (e.g. 3D camera) to deliver smart, personalized fitness experiences. My role spans from early discovery to global go-to-market, and I collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and commercial teams. With a strong focus on user-centric innovation and measurable outcomes, I’ve scaled our platform’s usage across markets while pioneering internal AI initiatives that improve how our teams build and learn.
— Product Manager for EGYM Fitness Hub (software & software connected hardware platform incl. 3D camera), the central piece of EGYM’s connected training floor strategy
— Grew MAUs ~3x, increased usage per location by >25%, and more than doubled product footprint across customers globally
— Drove end-to-end development of the Fitness Hub Squat Test, a novel AI-based mobility assessment, from vision to GTM
— Played an essential role in company-wide GTM launches (e.g. EGYM Genius, Seca Hub Edition), aligning with yearly growth and innovation OKRs
— Conducted large user research initiatives (e.g. in the US) as well as established continuous discovery habits (e.g. weekly customer interviews)
— Championed AI adoption internally: initiated an AI hackathon for PMs, built a custom GPT to standardize user research, and introduced modern prototyping tools (e.g. Bolt.new, Lovable)

JobRad Loop (Bravobike)
At JobRad Loop (Bravobike), I owned the product strategy and migration of our core internal BPA tool used to manage the bike refurbishment process. My work focused on aligning a fragmented tool landscape into a modern, unified platform.
I drove stakeholder alignment, defined KPIs, and led cross-functional execution, including the selection of external agencies and onboarding of a new dev team. The initiative laid the foundation for scalable operations across the company’s growing business.
— Setting up and executing the migration strategy for the existing internal BPA tool (which models the refurbishment process of all bikes)
— Development and agreement of all stakeholders on a product vision, the KPIs and the concrete development for the new platform
— Selection and onboarding of external agencies as well as recruiting of the internal development team

Interhyp AG
I led parts of the rebuild of a crucial part of Interhyp’s mortgage comparison platform the mortgage comparison engine itself as part of the overall modernization. Together with internal and external developers as well as two UX designers, we ensured that the new product will be both usable for professional customers (mortgage advisors) as well as end users. We ensured timely delivery for both a pilot phase as well as the rollout to >10.000 professional users.
— Rebuild our mortgage comparison product, to be used by customers and financial consultants (both b2c and b2b)
— Shaped the platform vision of the product and executed this strategy in daily business by breaking it down into (quarterly) plannings and sprints
— Executed the rollout of our new product to more than 10.000 users with an annual volume of more than €10 billion
