EGYM Genius leverages artificial intelligence to create fully personalized workout plans tailored to each member’s goals, fitness level, and available equipment.
Led the end-to-end user experience for the EGYM Fitness Hub as Product Manager, shaping both the product journey and the holistic member journey across all our devices - incl. conceptualizing a backend service to track user progress across all connected devices.
Achievements
Reduced training plan creation time from 60 minutes to 20 minutes.
Increased Fitness Hub NPS from 4.0/5 to 4.2/5.
Ensured timely delivery for the 2024 tradeshows as well as MVP, EAP and rollout phases
